How do I view emails?

The compliance activity emails, reminder emails and compliance alerts will be sent directly to the inbox of the email address we have on file for you. Click here to check and/or update your email address.

As a Benefit Administrator, you can view a copy of these emails from your dashboard. You can view the email for a specific activity by clicking on the magnifying glass next to the notification date on your main dashboard calendar.

As a HR Manager or Blended user, click on the Messages tab in the gray menu bar that appears at the top of every page. You can narrow down this list by specifying a date range. Click on an email name to view the email that was sent.
